Cristina Mounts, Director of Operations

In my role as Director of Operations, I build on my knowledge of Full Life’s culture and commitment to ethical, best-practice care. Over the years, I have learned and observed how we make decisions, resolve challenges and prioritize administrative  support for clinicians so that they can concentrate on therapy. I oversee all day-to-day operations, human resources & payroll, and policy development and implementation. Together with Leigh Zick Dongre, we form our leadership core ~ addressing complex challenges such as client concerns/reviews, billing and collections issues, compensation & benefits decisions. We work closely with Ginny Mills on strategic matters including financial planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives. 

When I had Charlie’s job (Client Services Representative) before moving to Nashville, my favorite part of the work was interacting with clients and their families and helping them know they were not alone. I can really relate to feeling overwhelmed when trying to choose a treatment program, understand the financials of getting help, and survive a crisis.

When your counselor is in-session, I can help. When you need to work but a dozen calls need to be made to determine “next steps” for treatment, I can help. When you’re so anxious and afraid that you don’t feel confident that you understand the answers to your questions, I can help. And I love it!
