FULL LIFE NOW PARTNERS WITH SYNERGY PSYCH to offer recovery-friendly, collaborative psychiatric care. Megan Trawick, PA-C working with the collaboration of Dr. Christopher Lord, Dr. Warren Pendergast, and Dr. Eric Hedberg sees patients in-office and via telehealth. For more information, click on the PSYCHIATRY “door” on our Home Page or go to https://www.synergy-psych.com.
BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENTS are in-place to allow Full Life to more seemlessly collaborate with both Synergy Psych (for psychiatric care) and Southern C’s Farm (for equine-assisted psychotherapy). Our Consent for Services document has been updated, but your therapist has details of these arrangements and will share them with you if making referrals. For more information, call Beth McCrosky at 336.972-7426, ext 717.

SUSPICIOUS CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FROM FULL LIFE?! On 3/10/2023 and 3/13/2023, Full Life was informed that two (2) of our former clients were notified by their credit card company that a $0.00 charge from Full Life was submitted for approval. Thankfully, they notified us, and we have done our due diligence to investigate this unusual circumstance. Full Life has confirmed that NO transactions have been initiated recently by Full Life for clients who were served between 11/2015 and 1/1/2021. We have been told that there is no evidence of a security breach of credit card information with BB&T/Truist Global Transport, Theranest or Simple Practice. Their best explanation is that such charges may have been part of a “phishing scheme” that should be reported to your card company as fraudulent. If you were a client at Full Life between 11/1/2015 – 1/1/2021 and observe a suspicious charge on your account (including a charge for $0.00 or a similarly innocuous amount), please notify your credit card company immediately AND notify Charlie or Beth in our office. Call 336.923.7426, ext 0.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE TO CLIENTS AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS: If you do not have health insurance or do not intend to file for reimbursement from your health insurance, you are legally entitled to an estimate for the total expected cost of services you will receive at Full Life. The No Surprises Act gives you the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” before you schedule any new or recurring services. Since a diagnosis is required for the Good Faith Estimate, regardless of whether you intend to submit your superbills for insurance, you may elect to “opt out” of Good Faith Estimate requirements if diagnostic privacy is a high priority for you. Your counselor will discuss this with you in your sessions, so please feel free to ask questions. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions, more information about your rights, or instructions for disputing a bill, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
