The counselors at Full Life do great work that our clients see, and that is what Full Life is all about. Behind the scenes though, someone needs to manage the operational and financial aspects of our practice, and I do much of that.
When I went back to school to get a degree and certification in Medical Coding, I never dreamt that I would end up working is such an amazing place. My role evolved from part-time while I was still in school, helping with special projects, to full time as Full Life’s Office Manager. I am committed to accurate billing, successful claims filing on behalf of CBHA-insured clients, successful superbill and records provision for everyone else, and maintaining a well-equipped, safe, and beautiful facility.
I believe in telling it like it is, describing situations honestly without avoiding the unpleasant details. I am an optimist, a positive thinker, a good listener, and can help you find a way through your medical insurance journey, if you have one. This is my favorite part of the job, and I hope I can share it with others.
We have all been put on this earth for a reason. Remember that your smile, your hello, your eye contact, and your care for others may make the difference in someone’s life. I hope I can achieve that with our clients and my colleagues at Full Life.
