We strive to schedule initial appointments within 10 business days.

We elect for 30-minute medication checks at 2, 6, & 12 week intervals after introducing a new medication or making a medication change or if they are experiencing worsening symptoms. Longer med checks may be needed, but no briefer sessions will be offered.

We respond as promptly as possible to requests for crisis appointments. That will definitely be within 7 days, but preferably sooner. There’s a difference between a crisis and an emergency though, so referral to an emergency room, mobile crisis evaluation, or residential care may be the most clinically appropriate response.
