  • Discovery Group for adults who know they want to make change to their use of alcohol or other drugs, but don’t know where to start, or want to have support through the process. It is a 10-week, open-enrollment group that combines psychoeducation, personal goal setting, and group discussion as you seek to fulfill your goals. Group members decide if they want to explore a reduction in use, minimizing alcohol- or drug-related problems, or abstinence.

  • Additional groups and educational programming on a variety of topics are available by our staff to address community needs, such as grief and loss, stress in the workplace and home, and couple’s enrichment series. Call the office if you’re interested in having staff do a workshop for your organization.
