We are deeply committed to the health, safety and well-being of all our clients and our team at Full Life. Consequently, we transitioned on 3/13/2020 to 100% virtual operations for counseling sessions, groups, DWI assessments, Parent-to-Parent meetings, and even administrative matters.

Full Life was fortunate to be well-equipped with 10 HIPAA-compliant Zoom licenses before COVID-19 required us to transition to virtual operations, and we have been grateful for the flexibility and willingness of our clients to learn to use Zoom and other online resources. This move has allowed us all to stay sheltered-in-place and to do our part for “flattening the curve.”

Although Governor Roy Cooper has relaxed COVID-19 restrictions several times since March, 2020, Full Life will continue to operate in the same shelter-in-place, work-from-home protocols for the foreseeable future. Charlie Lawson and Cristina Mounts are available remotely every business day to answer questions about “How to Zoom,” when in-person sessions are available, and how to access Zoom mutual support meetings including Parent-to-Parent.

Although our office has historically provided space for Caduceus, Recovery Dharma and DAA, those fellowships make decisions based on their own “group conscience.” For information about whether meetings are continuing for each fellowship, please reach out to someone you know who attends those meetings for information. We suspect that most of those meetings are not happening at present.

For more information, please contact Charlie or Cristina at the numbers below:

● Charlie Lawson – 336-923-7426, ext 0 – for appointments, office opening details
● Cristina Mounts – 336-923-7426, ext 709 – for “How to Zoom” tutorials and for details about how to remotely participate in Parent-to-Parent
● Allison Head – 336-923-7426, ext. 710 – for help to make payments and resolve any issues with billing

Stay safe and stay well, and we’ll look forward to welcoming you back to Full Life when it’s safe to resume in-office operations!
